Refund Policy

Returns

Sealed, unused fragrances may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once opened, fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene and regulatory reasons.

Approved refunds are issued to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned parcel in original condition.

Please contact hello@zerrah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at our cost.

Sealed bottles may be exchanged for another fragrance of equal value within the return window.
